I can't really tell if it is effective or not, the temperature remains the same in our basement.

I am on the fence about this. It is made well overall and I have no complaints about its construction. It does feel like it is on the cheaper end and extending the wings on each side is problematic for sure. Just because the way it was put together feels cheap and plastic. If you are careful you can get it to fit right. The high setting is rather noisy but that is expected for a fan of this size. The low setting is still noticeable but considerably quieter than the turbo setting. I can't really tell how well it's working however. There is a circulation setting where one fan pulls while the other one pushes, that seems like a complete waste of time, I tend to leave it on a full pull or a full push to get air moving the direction I want. I have it set up in a 2200 sqft basement and I barely notice any difference. I think for a smaller room this would be more effective. I think it might be a little overpriced for what it is but it is easy to use and set up. Only time will tell if it lasts. My biggest worry is the rain. I am currently taking it in and out of the window because I highly doubt that the rain would do it any good. So not a permanent installation by any means.

Works great

My window ac broke recently by this has been a godsend! I love the versatility of it; intake, exhaust, or one of each! And the remote is so nice especially when my knee is acting up. It's not overly loud even in high, and really helps cool the room down. It really works well. I don't have traditional windows but it still fits well and works. It's kept me cool in 80 degree weather a few times this year and works well to exhaust food smells too! Great product and value.

Not bad, but has it's quirks.

This fan is able to pull in air, has an exhaust feature, and a circulating feature. It has 3 speeds as well as a timer (2hr, 4hr, 6hr, 8hr), and has a remote which controls all the options. This fan also has feet that can be attached should it not be used in a window.

The fan works well. The plastic material is a little thin in my opinion but everything functions as it should. There is a groove on the top on the fan, so if the window is wider than 1 5/8in, it will not close on the fan tightly. A small roll of foam tape is included, however depending on how much gap you have after installing, you may need to purchase more, as we were able to get the window to fit the fan but still had many gaps that we didn't have enough foam tape to cover.

Quiet but powerful

This window fan has numerous excellent features. It has a cooling mode that draws in fresh outdoor air, an exhaust mode that removes stale air and odors, and a circulation mode that improves overall airflow. The fan can expand from 23.5 inches to 37 inches in width. It comes with double-sided tape to ensure a proper fit and includes a remote control. Additionally, there is a timer and an auto shut-off mode.

The fan operates extremely quietly and effectively cools our large bedroom, even on summer nights in Pennsylvania. We use it every night during spring, summer, and fall, and it's great for circulating air during the day as well. Cleaning is very easy; I simply vacuum out the dust and wipe it down with disinfectant wipes, and it looks as good as new. I definitely recommend this fan.

Poor airflow considering how loud it is

It has 3 speed settings and 3 direction settings. Cool mode brings in air while exhaust sends it out. The circulate is one fan in each direction. It does change by button which is nice, but I can tell the reason they did it that way was to have everything on the remote. I don't like remotes on products. There's no way to disable the remote sensor and they're not encrypted. So, if you have enough remote products they all interfere with each other. The fan airspeed really isn't what it should be for a window fan. It's too slow and too loud for the little airflow it produces. That means the motor is louder than the airflow which isn't something I ever like. The piece that's really missing that I would preferred instead of the remote is a thermostat. Yeah, technically I can look at the hour by hour weather forecast and set a timer to shut off when the outside air drops too low, but that just feels too much of a hassle.

Works well for venting hot air, runs pretty quiet

I picked this up mainly to vent hot air out of a laundry room and it's been working well for that. It moves a good amount of air and you can feel the difference pretty quickly once it's running.

Even on the higher setting it's not as loud as I expected. There's definitely some noise, but it's more of a steady fan sound and not annoying.

Installation was pretty straightforward in the window. The adjustable sides help it fit, but you may still need to position it a bit depending on your window size.

The remote is a nice bonus and makes it easy to switch between modes without getting up.

Only thing to note is it didn't come with batteries for the remote, so you'll need to have those on hand.

Overall it does what I needed it to do and seems like a solid option for moving air in or out of a room.

Great Fit and Easy Control for Home Air Circulation

This twin window fan features three modes, including cool, exhaust, and circulate, making it easy to manage airflow to suit your specific needs. The dual-side expandable design adjusts from 23.5" to 37", allowing it to fit most windows securely. The included remote control with timer functions adds significant convenience. The removable filter screen is a thoughtful touch that helps keep the air clean and fresh. Overall, it runs quietly while delivering strong, even airflow, making it a great addition for summer home ventilation.

Great to get a little fresh air in the house.

This isn't a powerhouse fan, but that's not really how we're using it. My wife likes opening the windows when it's cooler out, and this helps pull air through the room so it actually feels like something is happening instead of just stale air sitting there.

The different modes are nice in theory. You can pull air in, push it out, or have one fan going each way. The circulate setting is probably the one we'll use the most since it keeps things moving instead of just going one direction.

It does make some noise, but nothing crazy. I can sleep with it on. If you're really sensitive to sound you might notice it, but it's not loud in an annoying way.

The only real knock for me is the speeds. Sleep is clearly lower, but normal and turbo feel pretty close. I kept switching between them expecting a bigger jump and it just wasn't there.

It's plastic, but it feels fine once it's set in the window. For what we're using it for, cooler nights, fresh air, just getting circulation, it's been useful. Just don't expect it to blast air like a big standalone fan.

Great window fan with remote and legs.

This is a window fan with two 9 inch reversible fans. Here are some very awesome included features. There is a filter on the back of the fan, this is great to help keep dust off the blades. There are pull out extenders that help take up any extra space when the fan is mounted. Speaking of mounted, there are tabs around the unit to help keep in place when mounted in the window. There is also some included weather stripping. Don't want to mount it in the widow? This is the first widow unit that I have see that comes with feet to use it free standing. Did I mention the remote? The remote does everything the front panel controls can do. There are 3 functions of the fan. Sucking the air out, Pulling the air in, or 1 in each direction to circulate the air. Everything is made of plastic, but seems to be well built. There is a decent amount of length in the power cord, but you may need an extension cord if you do not have a plug near by. The remote takes two AAA batteries that ARE NOT included. Enjoy!

Great Little Kitchen Helper That Actually Moves the Smell Out

I picked this up mainly for my kitchen window because heavy cooking tends to leave the whole house smelling like spices for hours. After setting up the BEYOND BREEZE window fan, I noticed a big difference right away. The reversible airflow is useful, but I mostly use the exhaust mode and it pulls cooking odors out surprisingly well. The remote and timer are nice extras since I don't have to reach over the counter every time.

Pros

Strong airflow for its size
Works really well as a kitchen exhaust fan
Easy to install in the window
Remote control is convenient
Timer feature is handy

Cons

Fan noise is noticeable on the highest speed
Remote feels a little basic
Window fit may require some adjustment depending on window size

Great

These work great, I have 3 now . The function of having one fan exhaust and one draw is pretty nice . I work outdoors so with these I don't need to run my AC near as much . Last year I only ran the AC when it was above 90 and humid , I still haven't ran it yet this year and it's been upper 80s here in Wisconsin for the past couple weeks , they create a nice breeze in the house by setting one on exhaust and the other ones on fan

Perfect for 3D printing hobby.

Got this to push air out of the room where I have my 3D printers. Helps get rid of the smell, and some possibilities of bad chemicals in the air. Pushed a lot more air than I expected it would. Easy to install, and not that loud either. Highly recommended.

Great for Bringing Fresh Air Into the House

I am very pleased with this window fan. One of my favorite features is the ability to exchange indoor and outdoor air. The exhaust and intake functions make a noticeable difference in how fresh the room feels, especially after cooking or when the house starts to feel stuffy.

The different operating modes are very useful, and I find myself using the air exchange feature the most. On pleasant days, it's nice to open the window and let fresh air circulate through the house instead of relying entirely on the air conditioner.

Installation was fairly straightforward, although I did find the tabs that lock the side extensions in place a little difficult to work with. Once everything was set up, though, the fan felt secure and worked well.

Living in Texas, I can't leave the fan installed year-round because of the intense heat, but during cooler weather and mild days, it's a great way to improve airflow and bring fresh air indoors. Overall, it's a versatile and useful fan that does exactly what I was hoping it would do.
